JM selling property in Skien and Röyken, Norway

JM has signed an agreement to sell the Morbergtoppen property in Röyken Municipality and the Tollnes property in Skien Municipality. The deal is worth SEK 71m.

The properties are located in Röyken Municipality, south of Slemmestad, and in Tollnes Municipality, outside of Skien. The transaction is in line with JM’s strategic focus on large growth areas. Occupancy for the buyer will take place in Q1 2019, which is also when partial payment will be made. The remaining amount will be paid in Q2 2019. The sale’s positive outcome is SEK 38m, and it will be reported as gains on the sale of property in Q1 2019 under the JM International business segment.
