Operations focus on new production of homes in attractive locations, with the main focus on expanding metropolitan areas and university towns in Finland, Norway and Sweden.
We are also involved in project development of commercial premises primarily in the Greater Stockholm area.
JM aims to promote long-term sustainability work in all its operations. High-priority environmental issues are: energy use in the buildings’ usage stage, building materials’ impact on the environment, building waste management, emissions from construction machinery and transport and management of soil contamination.
