JM selling property in Nynäshamn

Lehdistötiedote 26.09.2025

JM has signed an agreement for the sale of the forest property Yxlö 3:1. The buyer is a private individual and the transaction amounts to approximately SEK 48m.

The total land area of the property is approximately 290 hectares. The sales price amounts to approximately SEK 48 million which provides a profit from property sales of approximately SEK 45 million, which is reported within the JM Bostad Stockholm business segment in the third quarter of 2025. Transfer of legal title and receipt of payment will take place in the third quarter of 2025. – Our assessment is that long-term ownership of this forest property is not aligned with JM’s core business, and it is therefore being divested, says Erik Ragnerstam, Regional manager South, JM Residential Stockholm.
